Do I need a credit card to try it?+

No. You get 14 days with every feature, no card required. We're in early access right now, so billing isn't live yet. We'll email you at least 14 days before anything changes.

Is this an uptime or SSL monitor?+

No. renewals tracks renewal dates: domains, hosting, certificates, licenses, contracts, and reminds you before they lapse. If you only need continuous SSL monitoring, a dedicated monitor is a better fit. If you manage renewals for clients, this is built for you.

Which domains can be looked up automatically?+

Most generic domains (.com, .net, .org, .io, .co, .dev and more) and many country domains that publish registration data over RDAP. If a lookup doesn't work, just type the date in.

Does renewals renew anything for me?+

No. We remind you, and you renew at your registrar or vendor. Save the renewal link on each item so it's one click away.

When do reminders arrive?+

Around 9am in your timezone, 30, 7 and 1 day before the due date by default. You can pick any of 60, 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 days before, or the day itself. If several things are due, you get one email, not five.

Can my teammate or VA get the reminders too?+

Yes. Add up to two extra email addresses in Settings and they'll get a copy of every reminder.

What happens to my data?+

It's yours. Export everything as CSV anytime, and deleting your account permanently removes it. We don't sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy.
