Who we are

renewals is operated by Pintarlab, an independent software studio based in Indonesia. Contact: hello@pintarlab.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Your timezone and currency preference.
• The items you add: names, dates, prices, notes and links.
• Extra reminder email addresses you enter.
• A log of reminders sent.
• Server logs (IP address, user agent), kept for up to 30 days for security.

How we use it

Only to run the service: logging you in, showing your dashboard, sending reminder and account emails, and looking up domain and SSL expiry dates you request. A lookup sends the domain name to public RDAP servers and connects to the domain on port 443.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't use advertising trackers.
• We don't use third-party analytics in the app.

Processors

We use a small number of service providers to run renewals: our hosting provider (a virtual private server) and our email delivery provider. Once billing launches, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) will also process payment details.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking cookies.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings removes your account and items immediately. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export your data (CSV) and delete it anytime from Settings, or email us at hello@pintarlab.com for any request about your data.

Changes

We'll email account holders about material changes to this policy.
